Booking & Payment Information

Advance bookings may require a deposit.

Payment instructions are provided only after I have personally accepted a booking.

Payment providers or gift-card services used to send a deposit may process information independently under their own privacy policies.

I do not ask you to enter payment card details directly into this website.

This website is hosted using Wix.

Information submitted through forms on this website may therefore be processed and stored using Wix systems before being delivered to me.

I may also communicate with you through services such as email or WhatsApp when you choose to contact me using those methods.

These third-party providers operate under their own privacy and security terms.

How Long I Keep Information

Sensitive information that is no longer necessary will be deleted or securely disposed of where reasonably possible.

The ICO requires privacy information to state either retention periods or the criteria used to determine them.
